Any professional or corporate group in Agriculture and Rural Development or related disciplines, who\/which is interested in providing agricultural extension and advisory services, shall be eligible to be a member after paying the prescribed registration fees.<\/p>\n

The professionals comprise those in Research Institutes, Universities, Colleges of Agriculture and related Institutions, practitioners in both the Federal and States Ministries of Agriculture, NGOs in agriculture and rural development, and farmer-based organizations (FBOs).<\/p>\n
